It's incredible that a game from 15 years ago is still easily better than 90% of the games out there on the market. Excellent AI, sprawling non linear maps that encouraged exploration and experimentation, and excellent story with better voice acting than any game to date and unique approach to game play that meant using your head rather than your gun. I wish it was still the 90s when big budget video-games were all unique and exiting and not the endless succession of COD and gears of war clones.

The intros and cutscenes in the whole trilogy are simply masterpieces. As well as the games themselves. Thief is simply a legend and milestone in gaming history.
