Who here loves Mr. Winfield's Raymond Chandler-esque delivery of this show? The cheap pair of stalkings line, the comparrisons to SVU and the bike, all that stuff.

Paul Winfield, the narrator, now deceased, was an actor for years. His slow drawl and slightly slurred sounding speech was a result of a stroke. Not drunk. A remarkable man.

One of my fav series ever...the personality of the town as the backdrop and Mr Winfields narration. When he passed they got a replacement that sounded like him but was no substitute for his personality

So far the only reason I've stuck with this is the marvelous tone of the narrator.This is no reflection on how the programme has been sectioned up for YouTube,but it aint exactly jogging on apace,is it?!
