Henry Louis Gates' Daughter: "Now It's An Issue Of Race"

Elizabeth Gates, the daughter of arrested Professor Henry Louis Gates, takes a few minutes to call CNN from Martha's Vineyard and talk to Don Lemon about the controversy.

"He was very thankful that the President's reinforcement actually got Sgt. Crowley at least considering attempting a resolution," she says. She added: "My father doesn't have any hard feelings toward the woman who called (911) or Officer Crowley... The situation has blown up... now it's an issue of race."

There is a barking dog toward the end of the interview. Lemon signs off by thanking Elizabeth and instructing her, "Take care of Toto."
