@Hikikomori013: *lol* at least you seem to be humorous, and if you asked me, I'd say that humor is just as important.
Speaking for myself, I have great respect of Japanese traditional music, that's why I cared for this tune at all. I also have great respect for Rock 'n' Roll. Maybe, these two would match under other circumstances - however, in this case, they didn't - not even by my standards of humor :-)

@koerrie I think most songs fall into the category of "Things I shouldn't be singing." If I only had a voice.

@Hikikomori013: Yet there's things that just don't work (or make sense). If you knew me, you'd also know that I am actually a musician myself, always trying to find the limits of the instruments I play myself. And yet, there's limits. That's why I do not sing certain songs, because it wouldn't make much sense to me (or, at least, I'm not aware of arrangements or how to arrange certain songs). This is also the case here - in my opinion. After all, it's all a matter of taste, of course.

@koerrie The Vienna Symphonic Orchestra should play rock and roll. Whatever instruments you play, you should always explore all the possibilities. Artists should never accept limitations.
Actually I suspect there's a lot of Jazz and Rock being played at most symphonic rehearsals. Musicians like having fun while they work.
Note: The singing is so strange because they are vocalizing in a style called Shingin used for the traditional songs these instruments usually accompany. It's quite hilarious and probably meant to be so.
