@DaDoppen With the same character, but 2 different "grooves" I'm doing exactly the same normals and specials and you can see they come out as completely different. Which makes for a totally different character. The point is that people are completely ignorant about the genre and therefore believe PR propaganda.

Completely English, and the rest (like the training settings) is converted by downloading some files a guy made that magically translate them to English.

I don't have much experience on melty blood in general, but I am interested in the game. Can you tell if the menus are only in japanese? For some reason in my computer japanese characters are always messed up. Otherwise I would get the game.

You know, about the gems, at first I thought it would be the most unbalanced thing ever. Now I think it's meaningless and doesn't change anything in the game. The characters are in no way different, they just have bonuses for certain things. And still, I am interested in the mechanics of the game, like tag cancel and the combos that can be mixed with chains and links. That cross assault thing that the computer control the second character just became ass because of the lack of control.

@TheShamefurDispray It's not because the EXACT SAME SPRITES are being used for different moves. So to make a new moon they need for example X brand new animations, instead of 10X for a completely new character.
