@standupEFC Being poor & black in America isn't easy period. You said that the idea of blk, wht, and brn only exists in the US and it doesn't. I used Somalis & Arabs as examples, their cultures predate the European concept of race. Somalis &b Arabs believed that skin color indicated abilities/ capacities as far back as the 8th century. All culture have the same basic values including those in the US. Its the consequences for not adhering that makes a culture different, not the values.

@BeaSiegal Well as 1 of them said Haitians were pushed to the lowest. Being black poor and Haitian in America is not easy. Somalis are of mixed Arab and Black descent hence why they look so distinctive from other African groups. Their culture is very different mostly 2 parent families, girls not allowed to have sex before marriage. Somalis in the UK do not get on with west indians and west Africans.
