The Union is made up of its members..if you think the Union isnt doing anything right now, then clearly the fault lies with the members that make it up. What have you done for your Union? This is just how it works, I'm just going to make this very simple do not work for at&t and drop all services all that can be wireless and U-worst, the union can't do shit about it and they have shown to me that the dues you pay is worthless. Band together and we can stop this and get good working conditions. back them in a corner and see how they like it.

@jackson414life The San Antonio Uverse managers are dropping like flies. The union there has got the heat on them so bad they are getting fired, quitting, or being "sent to special projects". The main thing is that the Prem Techs are finally starting to pull their heads out and supporting their Union and themselves in the process. Pretty soon, they will be running the Union if they stick together and stay on the path.

If your union is worthless its because YOU are worthless or a fucking scab. If you dont like your union, then quit bitching and change the leaders. YOUR union is made up of YOU and your COWORKER. You new and newer techs, pay attention. This will be your life, in every sense of the word.

You will have managers who don't know how to manage (or about the product for whose work they are 'managing'), crew mates who will ride you about the revisit they had behind you (while forgetting about others who had revisits behind them), and a worthless union more concerned about politics and putting on a good show (as opposed to actually improving the work envioronment).
