at this point it was called the JLT or the JOT i forget so this was a mistake because it had a name and its nothing like a neck breacker u could call it a inverted neckbreaker

The Twist of Fate (or the JLT-Just Like That as PS Hayes put it) is a cutter, much like the Diamond Cutter or your average RKO. It is a variation of a neckbreaker; think of it as a front neckbreaker; and consider the fact that before it was officially named, JR would always call it a neckbreaker. It's not an error as much as it was customary for him to do that.

It's a cutter with a spin before it. A cutter is actually called a 3/4 turn neckbreaker.
