The cameraman was a friend of Bob's from out of town so mostly it was footage of the cameraman's family, but there were glimpses of the BG crew.

Cameraman was Bob's brother, Billy. Yes, this was at Forest Park.
As for video quality: remember that this was in 1988, the very early dawn of home video. The machine used to take the vid was an ancient thing -- the camera was separate from the (full size) VHS tape and the enormous battery compartment, which had to be lugged around on a shoulder strap. So it's kind of impressive that this even exists.

This was at Forest Park, wasn't it? The preacher Paul Welch came to Eastwood BC a several years later.
