so... does Obama words mean you're not going to skim some of the corruption money flowing to Africa? I can see why you are upset. Heavens no, it would not be right to see more of the aid money flow to the people that need it instead of people that don't.

To the naysayers, Obama: "I'm not a believer in excuses", "Africans should be responsible for Africans", paraphrasing, Africans leaders need to take responsibility for following the rule of law, and putting INSTITUTIONS above individual leaders to improve the standard of living for common people.

How can you complain about this??????????

This is not fair. All these countries such as India, China emerging economies as they say are OLD civilisations. India is 15,000 years old. The UK has a 3,000 year old civilisation. Other than Egypt which is disputed by Whites Africa has never had an Civilisation, for trial and error, business etc that is why she needs help from older civisations. So it is not fair to moan about enevitable mistakes the Africans are making in Relation to South Korea! DUH

There were numerous African civilisations in antiquity. Ancient Nubia, Ancient Ghana, Great Zimbabwe, The Benin Kingdom, Ife Kingdom, Timbuktu and many more. The Nubians even conquered Egypt under Piankhi.

I encourage you to learn more about the African history, "An Introduction to African Civilizations" by John G. Jackson is a really well written, thorough exposition of the subject.
