本节目主要介绍了"姜葱炒腰丝"的烹饪方法:
1、主料:猪腰;
2、辅料:姜、葱丝、红椒丝、蒜茸、香菜根、野山椒、花椒油等;
3、烹制方法:
(1)将猪腰片成两片,用清水清洗;
(2)猪腰中加入姜片、香菜根、料酒、盐腌制两个小时;
(3)猪腰切丝之后,下入热水中焯制,但要注意水的温度不能太烫;
(4)锅中倒油,下入泡椒、蒜茸炒香,放葱姜丝、野山椒、腰丝烹入老抽、胡椒粉、花椒油等调料,翻炒均匀。
