This is funny. Brown claims he listens to his constituents which simply is not true. His responsiveness is abysmal. I reached out to his office which is minutes from my home. No response whatsoever. Roughly 9 months later I receive an email from his staff after I commented on an editorial in the Marietta paper about Scott's terrible record. The email didn't ask me why I contacted the office, only if I did. He does not care about his constituents whatsoever.

what he meant to say was "I represent the poor uneducated blacks in my district that vote for me (you know, the ones that I make sure get less funding in their schools so they can remain uneducated and poor and it's easier for me and my ilk to pull the wool over their eyes), and you are white, so I don't represent you and I also cannot act with civility when addressing you."
