The dog uses all its muscles REGARDLESS of whether or not it's wearing a collar or a harness. Further, like I ALREADY explained to your AMATEUR ass, the harness is used to create resistance so the dog will reactively bite harder in into the target. Further, the harness allows the head to move freely while engaging the decoy. Only joker like YOU are stupid enough to tie-out a dog via a COLLAR during bite work. Now, you STILL haven't answered my question. Who's "generating the power"?
