Though I do believe that the statement "you're an idiot" does not answer Brickhouse's points about Saddam Hussein and Glenn Beck. Tell a Kurd that Saddam Hussein didn't commit genocide. Or an Iraqi-Shiite. Taking that fucker down was one of the best things we did. The only difference is that Hussein was too stupid to be as destructive as Hitler.

As for Glenn Beck, he's just a whiny little bitch who knows dick about foreign policy, and thus believes that isolationism is tenable.

Okay, most of the time comparing people to Nazis isn't appropriate, but if it's part of a detailed argument - e.g., nobody took Tyrants X, Y and Hitler seriously when they said an off-the-wall thing and then they went through with it, so maybe we should take Tyrant A seriously just in case - then I don't see why it should be out-of-bounds.
