I used to listen to this song when I was in High School that was 1978 and we liked it very much then we memorized the lyrics and made a short play. But now it sounds funny. No offense meant. Karen's voice still tickles though.

Originally I knew this as a Klaatu track only and absolutely loved it, I just could not believe it when I heard The Carpenters doing it. Nothing could have surprised me more. - I strongly advise all Carpenters fans to seek out the Klaatu version of this song and listen to it.
