@Jazzer1337 This experiment was a proof of concept. I wouldn't advise anyone to use the Balance Board as a replacement for analog pedals, because there's no travel.

I wouldn't know. I've never played it. It's an integral part of the PC version's gameplay, so I would hope the Wii version had it as well.
