In this episode, our students travel to Tuscany to visit the Pecorino Sheep Farm and learn about how cheese is made. After that, they travel to Montepulciano for a wine tasting.

  • I went to Florence last year and went bike riding around Tuscany. We stopped off at a beautiful mansion, had a guided tour around the wine cellars, then had a nice meal and wine tasting. Very nice. :-)
