Hey Sterling, I am Angela and I was tryimg to put a decal on my car of the sign of the fish. And I wasn't sure which way it went.??? U know. So I found your video, and was very impressed. I think I will reference that scripture and write it all down. It was very interesting. And I am going to share it with my 14 yr old son's Youth Leader. @jeladee That's so ignorant. This was a symbol used by Christians when talking to show that they were Christian. The line in the theta was often changed to a Cross in order to signify this, too. "Graven images" are idols that are worshipped in place of Jesus, and this does not qualify.

Did you learn this in cemetery? Excuse me, seminary? The "sign of the fish" has nothing to do with Lord and Savior Jesus, but everything to do with the "New Age" movement. According to them, we are in the age of Pisces-or the image of a FISH! Notice how the image is eerily similar to the female reproductive organ. These are pagan and have nothing to do with Christ. Please do not associate our King Jesus with this "IDOL", "IMAGE", or "SYMBOL" that he clearly commands us to have no part of.

another thing if you could help. in matthew 15:22 to the 27th verse what does that mean to you? why does jesus say that he is sent for the "lost sheep" of isreal? isn't that the lost tribes of isreal?

i'm a little confused about the messiah if you could help. You are saying that jesus is the messaih the son of god. What about the son of david and the son of man? i understand that the messiah is supposed to fulfill these but they cant be the same person because they have different purposes. that would make three messiahs. please dont feel offended that im questioning that but i just am curious and studying religion.

When Christianuty first started and wasn't approved of, didn't early Christians draw the fish on the ground to recognize eachother? ex: like a password challenge kind of thing, a person would ask something facing the other person then draw half the fish on the ground if the other completed the other half then they would know that they are both christians.
