i remember being stoned at 4 dollar tuesday night films, in franklin mills mall, philadelphia pa, senior year of high school. me and my boys sat silently on a school night, mesmirized. not a word was spoken or a distraction noted untill the dude escaped from the hunting play field. after the eclipse... My one friend screamed out, NO WAY. i then turned to him, smiled and said "this movie is fucking awesome". That was the last time i actually enjoyed a movie at the theater.

Look, some crap in the movie is wrong, no biggie. Maybe the Mayans were made to look scary because you (the viewer) are supposed to feel what Jaguar Paw is feeling? Cuz damn I felt it! I watched it on Netflix and lemme tell ya, Mel Gibson knows movies. He's just a little crazy...

@realazteck actually some mayan groups did practice sacrafices, im pretty sure when a director makes a movie about a real civilization of our world, hes gonna do alot of research.. and as for the jaguar,, if your being chased through the forest by a jaguar, and you have a knife, im pretty sure your goin to kill it too.lol

My fucking fovorite movie ever!! Just the best movie! But just a mistake! it supposed to be about mayans but the mayans didnt practice sacrifices!!, the aztecs did that! And another big mistake is when they killed the jaguar! the jaguars were very importans to them they couldnt kill jaguares!! so this movie is more about aztecs!! But fuck this! This movie is the big shit! ilove this film!
