The following video is a comparison between the 'before' and 'after' stages of our work on Matt's Mercedes C63 AMG.

Originally, his C63 arrived at the shop with an Evosport pulley and Akrapovic titanium rear slip-on section. On the initial dyno, you can't even hear the exhaust over the rollers; one of the comments that is commonly expressed with this Akrapovic system is that it's a bit quiet.

So we decided to change that.

Utilizing a system comprised entirely of T304 stainless steel, we TIG welded together a set of long-tube headers (featuring high-velocity merge collector) and a full midsection, incorporating a catalytic converter deletion and increasing the C63's ability to exhale easily.

The Akrapovic system keeps the sound quiet and in order, but with a stock rear section, this system would absolutely howl! Either way, we're still very very pleased with the results!

Ten seconds of music credit goes to Zack Hemsey's Mind Heist -- you may know it from Inception. I totally had this idea before Top Gear took it with the Aventador -- promise!
