Is there a link to excessive worrying, stress and weight-loss? I noticed that when I went through it about 4 years ago I simply wouldn't eat because I was stressed out. Does frame of mind effect losing weight?

I think e-coli is passed to raw vegetables from the unwashed hands of human food handlers. Food growers do not insure safe food handling procedures nor sufficiently educate laborers on the need for hygiene when toileting. Canned foods have the advantage of heat treatment to kill bacteria but foods eaten raw are crudite petri dishes. Foods such as strawberries and leaf vegetables should be avoided unless you know your grower.
