  • According to the Samuel Beckett Endpage, this was recorded in 1989.

  • Now all we need is the Radio version of 'Embers.'

  • You can get 'Embers' on CD from Evergreen Review. There's also another version on an excellent 4CD set of radio works from the British Library.

  • Whoa...seriously spooky! Well, let's face it -- this play is *always* rather spooky, but it's even more so when the voice speaking is so detached and almost completely devoid of all emotion or expression.
