Running the vSphere Client on a Mac OS X is something the Mac users want to be able to do. This video demonstrates the fact that it is possible. To get the details on how to get it done visit http://punchingclouds.com for the step by step instructions.

  • Useless.

Running Windows software in a Windows virtual machine doesn't count as running something on Mac OS X.

This video demonstrates misleading, shameless link spam and waste of time.

  • you're a fucking douche, really.

  • I've created my own app with the command but that seamless RDP is not so seamless ... I want a REAL vSphere client for mac. I don't want to depend on that remote computer ...

  • It's remote, you liar.

    Woopie freakin dooo.

How is this any better than Unity or RDP?

You still have to have the Windows VM booted.

    Youtube needs "title police".

  • That's exactly what it is. Fusion in Unity mode. Why mislead people about what you're posting up. This is not a native Mac OSX client.

  • Thats exactly what it is, unity mode. Waist of time, dont bother watching.

  • Not really sure what I'm looking at here as the video is too low res and the "punchingclouds" link simply gives me a "Error establishing a database connection" error in my browser.

What it looks like is someone running vSphere Client in Windows, inside a Virtual Machine in VMWare Fusion running in "unity mode".
