Hello! I'm new to archery and i have a question. What size arrow/tip should i use? I have a 50lb draw and a 30 in draw length. The rest i have looks like a plastic flipper thing that fips out to hold the arrow. Its kinda starting to rip plastic vanes.. any advice would be AWESOME!

@TobyIstKuhl We would recommend arrows in the 500 spine cut to 30" with a 125 grain point. You will also want to use feathers rather than vanes on traditional equipment because they fold down when they contact the rest. Also you'll want to consider removing the flipper rest and shooting from the shelf off the Bear Hair Rest and plate.

@bluelagoon10023 We would need to know what your draw length is and information on the bow you are using before we could offer any recommendations. Feel free to call our Tech Line at 866-587-9501 for more information.

@bluelagoon10023 The vanes should be fine. However, if you are noticing your arrows are weak, you may consider trying a 340 carbon arrow.
