Please don`t try to teach others if you don`t know the facts:

first, saying that God exist or not its same, no prove for existence or none existence.

second, nature its a lot more than atoms, there are forces like gravity, pressure, acc. ... or radiation, electricity, magnetism ...

third, nature its for most people this world, and no one knows this world completely, so why are you so sure that you need or feel compelled to teach, if you just know "some things"?
