  • I'm an attorney. This is not how 99.99% of depositions go. Kouri is an ass, and (another) embarrassment to what I hold dear. I've been in over 1,000 depositions in my career... this is not how they go. On another note, if you choose to believe what is posted on any internet site is how real life works, you need to think and dig deeper. Mass media will kill your brain. Seek facts, not snippets of "reality". THINK. QUESTION. THINK AGAIN.

  • "Don't lecture me, puppy"

I'm using that line in the future.

  • Kouri = Kunt

  • Now i know what a great lawyer sounds like!!!

  • Cocaine's a hell of a drug

  • This reminds me of my very first deposition I ever took. The opposing counsel challenged me to a slug fight in the parking lot. Welcome to Los Angeles.

I believe your comment qualifies under one of your suggestions: And I quote, "On another note, if you choose to believe what is posted on any internet site is how real life works, you need to think and dig deeper."

  • @keltik21912 Yes. You can ask for a deposition so long as it is for a legitimate purpose and not just to harass. A party always has the right to attend any deposition in their case.

  • @Loiyaboy So, you're telling me that I guessed correctly as to what "no foundation" means? Not bad for a non-Lawyer, right? So, say I was to sue my ex-wife for a change in visitation or custody, can I instruct my attorney that I want a deposition and would I have the right to be there?

  • @keltik21912 Well, I don't want to ever guess what Kouri thinks... but essentially that's what a lack of foundation is. Don't rely on this video as an example of anything other than what an asshole sounds like.

  • @Sunnybunny2006 what in the world makes you think this deposition is fake or being acted out?

  • @Loiyaboy What does it mean when Kouri says "no foundation"? I am a little lost as to what that means. Does it mean that the quesion comes out of nowhere and the facts or implied circumstances of the case do not provide foundation for a question like that to be asked? Like I said, I am a little lost on that one.
