NFL - 1988 Washington Redskins @ Dallas Cowboys

A 2-3 Redskins squad plays a 2-3 Cowboys squad. Besides classic Cane WR Michael Irvin, Herschel Walker and Kelvin Martin, "Americas team" the Cowboys were terrible only finishing 3-13 this year, while the Redskins would finish a respectable, but disappointing on 80s Redskins standards 7-9 record, having pro bowler Charles Mann and young QB Mark Rypien, as QB star Doug Williams age finally got to him. @JMDogg Yeah, that was the cool thing about the Cowboys uniforms in the 80's, as you know the names on the back of their jerseys were a mix of that old block letter style and the fancier, more styled "Georgian" lettering I call it. I'm guessing it was up to the players which letter styling they wanted.

I've been starting to tell alot of Cowboy fans who weren't aware of it, then they watch an old game and they spot the two letter styles on their backs and are like "woah".....
