@bashfulbrother - I already knew what their gear was.... my question is where did the Ed Sullivan stage crew place the amps while the Lads are performing live? I guess you couldn't show a "brand name" on TV back then unless you paid for advertisings...I dunno.

@fredthejunkman When they first started they did use AC 30's with a treble boost. It was later as they started doing bigger venues that they went to the Super Beatle and Beatle amps.Paul always played the Hoffner through a Barber Quad head and a Barber 15 cab.
They didn't get into Fender all that much until Sgt. Peppers. Then John and George both got strats and they started playing through every Fender amp they could get their hands on. But mainly they MADE the Vox company.
