@WinterWhitePearl good on your mum if that's the case. But the police reports, Human Rights Watch reports, Manpower reports do not lie. It is a known fact that Singapore has a bad reputation when it comes to treating their maids, perhaps next to Saudi Arabia. Also, Among Asian countries, Singaporeans pay the lowest wages to their maids (in US dollars) in comparison to Hong Kong who pays 3 times as much.

You had good pictures and quotes but I felt that they were placed in a weird order. I think your music fit perfectly but the video segment near the end seemed abrupt. Great video on the whole!

Although your pictures were more sparse [due to your controversial and sensitive topic] the quotes compensated for a lack thereof. They were not only informative, but extremely emotional, as they depicted the hardships these women face all over the island of Singapore-- a lot of them are right next door and we don't even know it. Great job!
