Dr. Perry and Chris Flores demonstrate a 'Hard Roll' Core and Movement Assessment. First stage in evaluating iner core function. Great way to check for movement patterns and if an athlete is ready for hardstyle playing. If you cannot roll evenly on both sides you will be prone to injury.
I tried this it is not as easy as it looks. very challenging. cool stuff.
