Everything was cool 'till I saw the baby gator why the hell do people get a gator if they're only going to keep it while it's small and manageable...

Thats great and all but what you didnt see is the five footer in the other bed room. I have larger gators at home and at the store. I cant tell you how many gators I get from people that buy babies and then give me their 3+ footers.

in the begining but we now are using heat tape again in the back to give them a hot spot

so you could use a oil heater though cause i dont really want to spend $100 on UTH (under tank heater)

you should be able to pick up an under tank heater for under 50 at a pet store depending on size. let me know what size tank you have, I have them at the store and might be able to send you one for cheap.
