Joey Leone puts a lot of trust in you for this mission. You'll be the driver for a bank heist. Make sure you choose a good vehicle--the Sentinel is recommended. Try to keep your cool the entire mission, as you need to avoid getting chased by any police until after the job has gone down. Carefully make your way to the hideout as shown on your radar and park in the blue circle.

After you honk the horn, three serious-looking men will come out of the building and get in the car. Make your way across town to the bank, taking note of one particular alleyway containing a blue and gold police bribe. You may want to park facing the alley with the bribe. As soon as Joey's boys hit the bank, the area will be swarming with pigs flying in from every direction. Hitting the bribe right off will take your wanted level down to two stars, which will make getting to the Pay 'n' Spray a lot easier. After that, play it cool until you're back at the hideout, and you'll receive your cut.
