Two questions:
How do you know how much water to add when you want to use it?
Would you use the same process to dehydrate hollandaise sauce? That would be FUN to take camping!

@OysterPir8 for a whole can what I do is, check and see how many ounces the can is and then I add that much boiling water to it (make a note of it while it is stored ) For smaller batches I add less powder start with a tablespoon, add boiling water to just cover the powder, wait a couple of minutes and add more water and or powder... you do this until you get the right consistency. not sure about hollandaise sauce never tried it. Hope this helped a little bit.
