That's my Beringer valve block that has been removed from a hydraulic elevator. It's designed to be controlled by a special electronic LRV card. The front valve goes to the hydraulic jack of the elevator. Under the block there are two pipes one for ascend (takes the oil from the pump) and one for descend (releases the oil into the tank). The red handle is the emergency oil release (emergency/manually descend of the elevator when there is no power). The small valve/handle is for the gauge.
