yes, I know I am supposed to soak the beans but sometimes I still bloat! however, I am eating red lentils now because Dr Gillian McKeith (who understands nutrition for women) does recommend them. I have weak digestion for sure!

@RichardPapen1 YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO SOAK THE BEANS OVER NIGHT AND THEN DUMP THE WATER! THIS WILL REMOVE MOST OF THE SUGAR THAT CAUSES GAS!!!! DUDE!!! GET EDUCATED!!! BY THE WAY THIS WOMAN CANNOT THINK FOR HERSELF! SHE TAKES EVERYTHING IN THE BIBLE LITERALLY TO APPLY TO HER LIFE TODAY. WTF?

@animegirl13pain Are you kidding me? It has ALWAYS BEEN about eating a balanced diet of you need and not what you want. You can get get this from a omnivore diet or a vegan diet. It's all about moderation. Vegans can still get fat and unhealthy just as much as a omnivore can.
Second, you need to stop reading propaganda and do your own research. Human intestines are not that of a herbivore. If it was, we could digest cellulose.

@animegirl13pain Oh lord in heaven!!! Do I want to live? Yes I want to live. I want to live and I want to be healthy. So I eat ANIMALS. I drink their milk and eat their eggs. These are healthy foods. My intestines are not the intestines of a herbivore. They are the intestines of a primate. Primates will hunt and eat meat occasionally. I am an omnivore. God made me this way. My ancestors for tens of thousands of years have eaten meat and eggs and for at least 10,000 they've drunk milk.

@renegadelove3 When you consider the fact that our intestines are that of a herbivores and that we absorb the good & bad from the dairy & eggs, yes it is bad for us humans. We are not meant to eat meat or dairy. It is so clear & so obvious! Even if you raise your own chickens & cows and you let them die naturally and never ever mistreat them it is wrong because it is unhealthy for your body. Why do that to yourself? It's just like smoking or drinking, why? Don't you want to live?

I would gain weight if I ate veggie chilli with brown rice for dinner. Fish is far better for my figure. Who can digest those beans anyway without gas and bloating? no thank you.
A lot of the world's population consumes grains because they are cheap and that is the only reason. People with health problems should put more money in and buy salmon and lean steak.
Is this really supposed to be about health? I think the facts on health and vegansim are clear. Animal products of any kind are not healthy. Someone might need to check their facts. Read "The China Study" or "Reversing Heart Disease" or Sanjay Gupta's recent "The Last Heart Attack?" along with like thousands of other research sources.
