I think that capital gains should be treated as regular income. Then we wouldn't need Obama's "Buffet Rule" and we would stop picking winners and losers as a government. If we just do that, reform some deductions and write offs, and cut government spending across the board I think everything would go more smoothly and we could avoid a more severe austerity program that would hurt our economy
