This lady starts a good point. This is important: We love women who have high self-worth, take care of their lives as this lady said, but what is crucially important is that she remains soft and feminine (i.e. not being combative, aloof, masculine and basically a man in a skirt). The woman in the video seems to have that feminine juicy, lively light core shining through. Especially important for "westernized" women

Omg that was scarily true.. ive just come out of a 1yr 8month relationship after I was cheated on with his ex. He always treated me like shit but because I loved him and had no self esteem I put up with it....After this im not sure how my self esteem is meant to improve its just made me feel worse.
