Slowly drop your arms out to the side, keeping a bend in the arm and dont drop your arms too far and then bring them back towards your body, so the dumbbells meet straight above you head.
this is an average chest exercise, but holding the dumbbells the way in the video works the deltoids more. for chest, the dumbbells should be held horizontally, not vertically
