http://www.maximuscle.com/exercises | Maximuscle shows you how to do a Dumbbell Flyes: Lying on the bench with legs in the seated position, start with the arms extended directly above the head. Slowly drop your arms out to the side, keeping a bend in the arm and dont drop your arms too far and then bring them back towards your body, so the dumbbells meet straight above you head.

  • this is an average chest exercise, but holding the dumbbells the way in the video works the deltoids more. for chest, the dumbbells should be held horizontally, not vertically
