Must be a crusader (exalted with all horde/ally factions and completed valiant quests with each one)

This tabard is really good :D
2nd hearth to 9 dalies, very useful indeed. I often find myself using it when dala hearth is on cooldown too

Extremely good. My hearth is now in borean tundra so I have a straight shot if it is the blood fishing daily.
