is that the phantasm (ondraia bomont ) frm batman mask of the pantasm at 1:19-1:23?..and if it is is there an actual episode with her in that becides this one?

Yes, that is Andrea Beaumont. She is in Mask of the Phantasm, but there are no other episodes than this one in which she appears.

The scene in the video is when Waller hires her to kill Terry's parents in order to trigger the psychological trauma which would steer Terry towards becoming Batman. Beaumont refused because she thought that Bruce wouldn't want her to resort to murder in order to continue his legacy.

They are planning to do new comic book about Batman Beyond. I'm looking forward to see it.

It's a shame that Batman Beyond has not become a series of Comics or Graphic Novels.

I know I'd by them.

The art style would have to be imporved for the comic, but you get the idea.

i love that the movie they saw was the grey gohst strikes because in batman tas there was an episode with the grey ghost voice was by adam west and it was bruce waynes favorite superhero and the grey gohst and batman work together to defeat an upsest fan

Rcinch1 , They did a comic book series for Batman Beyond and it ran for 24 issues. I think I still have them all.
