The price of a Cleggan depends on your local dealer; here (in Germany) the list price is 4890 Euro which is the same as the Saltarelle's own price in France. However, like most accordeons, this price can be discounted, probably by up to 20%. There's a Saltarelle dealer in most countries, or you can buy direct from Saltarelle in France.
