Some clips taken while I was brewing a batch of beer, this is using a sparging (partial mash) method. My pot and colander were a bit smaller than I thought but it still worked out well (just took longer!) this shows most steps from brewing up to primary fermentation.

  • for a 10gallon batch when i do it, it cost about 80 bucks

  • @vertexclimber a keg of real Guinness runs about $160 for approx. 13 gallons though.. much funner and economical to brew your own stout/porter at home ;)

  • @hannigan06 Never saw the comment till now, dang I hate the way YouTube hides comments.. LOL anyway at today's prices, about $150 for all glass brewing kit though you could go cheaper and get plastic for about $80 like vertexclimber says.. the ingredients themselves are around $30 which makes 5 gallons (2 cases) of beer.

  • How much did this cost you. I would really be interested in knowing thanks.
