I personally believe Feeder has never made a bad album.

@44Neely44 Suppose. I still think the music quality is pretty rad. But in Renegades he was actually trying to make the structure of songs more simple so I accept why that's like that. But yes Grant used to write awesome lyrics, now they seem to be about fuck all. It's like he's trying to re-create lyrics like Buck Rodgers...

@SuperMegabar Yeah, there has definitely been a decline in his lyrical quality lately. Lyrics in Yesterday Went Too Soon up to Pushing The Senses were excellent. Although I personally find that Silent Cry isn't even good musically - every song has the same slow-but-heavy chorus and the most un-inventive guitar riffs.

@44Neely44 I actually think that Silent Cry and Renegades are good albums musically... But lyrically it seems like Grant is rushing it a bit... I mean, lyrics like Tracing Lines, Call Out and Barking Dogs compared with Just The Way I'm Feeling, Tumble And Fall, So Well, Paperfaces and Radiation...
