i actually hate t osay it but i think i might have tourettes, im 14, i have always had twitches through my childhood and it drives me fucking crazy. i stopped having them for about age 12-14 but just developed another one. i cant stop jerking my head downward its fucking tearing me apart i hate it. i cant do my homework i cant fall asleep i cant focus. please respond
