After he was voted in,
he turned his back on all 600+ new hires, new contract was negotiated to favor only senior employees, everything that was
cut was cut only for those that don't have five years in or so, this was accepted by Union as most of its senior people
didn't get effected, and they don't give a crap about newer work force.

CAW Union is useless anyway, I work in a automotive plant (CAMI Automotive)-CAW Local 88, in Ingersoll, Ontario.
Our Union has two standards, different rules for fellow friends uninion members and different set of rules for new hires.
We pay our Union dues but we don't get the help, Our Plant chair was campaigning on the fact that he will fix the lack
of respect and little help offered for new hires by standing up for them and fighting for them.
