Ghost Footage- Warehouse

I found this footage of a small warehouse in the Midwest. I'm not really sure if it's real. The footage was seemingly recorded onto a VHS casette directly from the camera. I don't think they could have done any editing or anything with that kind of camera. You guys can decide I guess.

This is not your average ghost video. The interference is rather interesting. It sounds like the mic was messed up and the video glitched. I'm inclined to believe this manifestation of energy, spirit to be more likely evidence than the run of the mill, expected ghost footage. This video is different than other videos. I think at the most, if real , it could actually provide insights into what a spirit is and how camera technology may record that energy.
