I`m following a tutorial, but there says: Open the background pattern, and go to Edit - Define Pattern.
Where can I find this Background Pattern?

@madman6161 No, but afaik using the GIMP it is. In photoshop they have a "slicing" tool which works very well.

how do i edit it to html so that i can upload it to file hosting?? please help I need to get this site up very soon...

@madman6161 you are going to want to learn some CSS and "slice" it manually in GIMP. there are some great written tutorials on using CSS that you can find, and you will use those to help you with the template. Slicing is fairly simple you grab an image and cut it out and save it as a different image, you will do that a few times.
