Making a dip for a get together at my good friends, Salika and Moneets place. This dip is a very easy to make Smoked Salmon dish that you can put together in about 10 - 15 minutes. Enjoy!

Ingredients

250 Grams of Cream Cheese (Can also use light cream cheese)

150 Grams of Smoked Salmon (200 - 250 Grams can also be used, or to taste)

1/4 Cup of Sour Cream (Can also use light sour cream)

One Lemon

One Red Onion

Garlic

Fresh Dill

Salt & Pepper

Instructions

Cut smoked salmon into small pieces so that they will still be visible when mixed in the dip. I cut mine into pieces around 1CM by 1CM. Next finely dice the red onion, dill, as well the garlic and put them into your mixing bowl. Add the softened cream cheese, sour cream and the juice of one lemon to the mix and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients together and place into a serving bowl and chill until you are ready to serve. You may also garnish the serving bowl with a little extra lemon and dill.
