We all know itachi never stopped loving sasuke He just made him hate him so sasuke would gain alot of strenght Itachi didn't want Sasuke to become as weak as the rest of his "Dead"Now clan. Also itachi never stopped poking sasuke on his forhead when they were really fighting,,Itachi always did that to tease his little brother Sasuke never understood why he did it,Itachi never changed his feelings for sasuke. I don't think itachi really became evil, killed his own clan that was pretty evil yes but never became Evil against his little brother he made him hate him so he would train and gain alot of strenght fast for revenge,Itachi just didn't want Sasuke to become weak.Also itachi kept poking him right on his forhead when they faught Itachi always did that to Sasuke when he was a child,Itachi also never killed Sasuke When he had the chance,He Just didn't want sasuke to become weak

itachi killed shisui then danzo took the sharigan out of the dead corpse...madar was cast away at that time...

my second theory is that danzo or madara killed him and danzo stole his eye while his body was inspected by anbu

ya but i have a couple of therios

one of them is tobi is shisui since shisui was called shisui of the mirage and had the same ability of transportation as tobi and the ability to make parts of his body to disapear and he had to block itachis memory and tobi is missing his left eye that danzo took and because shisuis face wasnt shown at all even madaras face was shown but his mask was not removed so madara might have used a body transfer of somthing like it.
