Had a whole group of 85 and wiped within 4 minutes. Sanity was the main issue and so was lack of knowledge.

We did this at level 85 and we found that at that point, having Freya as our only keeper up was the most useful because we could heal through the damage of the adds during phase three while just burning down Yogg-Saron like crazy. Doing this at 80, however, I'd say Thorim is still the best choice.
